Fused Desposition Modeling (FDM)

Materials of 3D Printing Design

PLA (Polylactic acis)

ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)

ABS filament is similar PLA filament but have stronger and better heat resistant. It’s mostly used in industries that require durability and high impact resistance.

PA-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon)

PA-CF is a combination of Nylon and Carbon Fiber. Suitable for a model that requires strength, durability and without deformation.

PA 11 (Polyamide 11) / PA 12 (Polyamide 12)

Both are strong thermoplastics, because Nylon has a high flexibility. That make the model is flexible, strong and resistant to chemicals as well.

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)

TPU filament is one of the chemicals in th PU group. It’s suitable for print model 3D you want to print and can bear high marks such as equipment.

Copper
