PAWW20 は水洗いレジン。レジン造形でいちばん面倒な工程を短くするための材料です。流水で2分洗えば造形物はきれいになります。IPA も溶剤臭も、机の上の濁ったアルコール瓶も不要。二次硬化は約5分なので、午後のうちに造形から塗装まで進められます。
UltraCraft Reflex RS, Reflex RS Turbo, Reflex, Reflex Turbo, Reflex 2, Reflex 2 Pro このレジンでは Pulsing Release Module は使用しません。

はい。流水で約2分洗えば未硬化レジンは落ちます。その後エアブローして約5分の二次硬化で完了です。注意点として、廃水は絶対に排水口へ流さないでください。蒸発させ、残渣を UV か日光で硬化させてから固形廃棄物として処分します。
この材料は落ちません。PAWW20 は実用的な靭性を保っており、HeyGears は造形後1か月以内なら穴あけ・タップ加工が可能としています。表面も滑らかです。ただし長期の構造部品ではなく、コンセプト試作や高速な反復向けの位置づけです。
水で数分すすいでエアブローし、UV 硬化するだけです。IPA は不要です。廃水はそのまま排水せず、蒸発させて残渣を UV または日光で硬化させ、固形廃棄物として処分してください。
ボトルは密栓し、直立・遮光・乾燥した常温で保管してください。顔料が沈むため注ぐ前に必ずよく振ってください。未開封であればラベルの製造日から約12か月が目安です。液状レジンは皮膚を刺激するため、ニトリル手袋と保護メガネを着用し換気のよい場所で作業してください。完全に硬化した造形物は安全に扱えます。
Resin is a light-sensitive liquid that an LCD/MSLA or SLA printer cures layer by layer with 405 nm light. It gives far finer detail and smoother surfaces than filament, which is why it is the standard for figures, jewellery and dental work.
Standard resin suits models and figures; ABS-like resin is tougher for functional parts; water-washable resin is the convenient choice at home; flexible, high-temperature, castable and dental lines are specialist materials chosen per job.
Use a resin printer whose screen size and resolution match the part — ELEGOO Mars and Saturn series for general work, Formlabs or HeyGears professional machines for dental and engineering parts. Take exposure settings from the printer's profile for the resin brand.
Wear nitrile gloves and work with ventilation. Wash parts in IPA or water as the resin type requires, then cure fully under UV. Store resin in its opaque bottle away from sunlight and heat.
