Why Filament Drying Matters

Moisture absorbed by filament is a silent saboteur in 3D printing. Even visually intact spools can cause stringing, weak layer adhesion, surface defects, and failed prints. For engineering-grade materials like PA and PC, thorough drying before printing is non-negotiable.

Up to 85°C for a Wide Range of Materials

The Elegoo H1 HT reaches a maximum drying temperature of 85°C, making it suitable for everything from everyday PLA and PETG to demanding engineering filaments such as PA and PC. Higher drying temperatures mean more effective moisture removal and more consistent print results across the board.

Uniform Drying with Automatic Spool Rotation

Heat alone is not enough — distribution matters. The H1 HT automatically rotates the spool throughout the drying cycle, ensuring every section of filament receives even heat exposure. The result is uniform moisture removal from the outermost layer all the way to the core.

Active Dehumidification and Flexible Material Support
