CreatBot D600 Pro3 HS: Industrial Large-Format 3D Printer Redefined

2026-09-04Source · Creatbot9 languages

The CreatBot D600 Pro3 HS delivers a 620×620×620 mm build volume and 300 mm/s high-speed printing for demanding industrial applications.

Six Years of Evolution, One Major Leap

The CreatBot D600 Pro3 HS is the latest generation of CreatBot's globally recognised D600 Pro series. Built on six years of continuous refinement and more than 30 engineering improvements driven by real-world user feedback, it sets a new benchmark for industrial-grade large-volume FDM printing.

Massive Build Volume for Large-Scale Work

The machine combines a class-leading 620 × 620 × 620 mm build volume with an 80 °C active heated chamber, making it well-suited to 24/7 production environments. In dual-extrusion mode the usable volume adjusts to 565 × 620 × 620 mm, still one of the largest available in its class.

High-Speed Performance Powered by Klipper

The Pro3 HS runs on a deeply optimised Klipper firmware and pairs it with a next-generation hotend capable of up to 90 mm³/s volumetric flow, reaching stable print speeds of 300 mm/s — five times faster than the standard D600 Pro.

Smart Dual-Extruder & Wide Material Support

The machine features a smart auto-raising dual-extruder kit rated to 420 °C, with quick-swap nozzles and upgraded Dual Nozzle Shutter technology for reliable multi-material printing. Compatible materials include PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, PC, Nylon, TPU, ABS-CF, PC-CF, PET-CF, UltraPA-CF, PPS-CF, and more.

Built for Reliable 24/7 Industrial Operation

A double-layer insulated heated chamber maintains up to 80 °C, protecting hygroscopic engineering materials such as Nylon, PC, and PA-CF from moisture and eliminating defects like bubbling and stringing. Additional reliability features include power-outage recovery, filament run-out detection, Wi-Fi/LAN/USB connectivity, and remote monitoring via an integrated HD camera.
