Compared to the previous generation, Flexible 80A Resin V2 offers 4x higher rebound, 2x higher tear strength (28 kN/m), and 2x higher elongation at break (230%). Parts snap back to shape reliably after repeated bending, compression, and tension — making the material competitive with 80A cast urethanes, TPUs, and hard rubbers.
Matte Black Finish and Streamlined Workflow
The updated formulation also brings improved aesthetics: a tack-free matte black surface that suits both functional prototypes and end-use parts. The single-cartridge workflow integrates seamlessly into the Form 4 ecosystem, lowering the barrier for entire R&D teams — not just specialist operators — to print elastomeric components.
