The Bambu Lab P2S is an enclosed CoreXY 3D printer with a 256 × 256 × 256 mm build volume, developed from the best-selling P1S. It adds a 5-inch touchscreen, AI failure detection, a PMSM servo extruder and automatic Flow Dynamics calibration. It is the right choice for people who want to print temperature-sensitive materials such as ABS, ASA or carbon-filled PETG at home or in an office, and for shops that need a machine that can run unattended.
The sealed chamber holds up to around 50°C through an Adaptive Airflow System of flap-controlled vents. When printing engineering filaments the printer keeps the heat in; when printing PLA it opens to draw in cool outside air. One machine covers both jobs without modification.
The P2S works with the AMS 2 Pro, an enclosed feeder with built-in filament drying. Each unit adds four colours and several can be chained. If you want the AMS 2 Pro included, choose the P2S Combo.
Choose the P2S when you need reliable ABS/ASA/PETG-CF printing, a machine that still prints hot materials in an air-conditioned room, or a small print farm of self-monitoring printers. If most of your work is PLA on a tight budget, the A1 is cheaper at the same size; if you need a second nozzle for dedicated support material, look at the X2D.
