PAWR10 は耐摩耗レジンです。存在意義は表面そのもの。造形直後で 600〜1000 番のサンドペーパーで磨いたのと同じくらい滑らかで、数週間触っただけでレジン造形の見栄えを台無しにする擦り傷にも強い硬い表皮を持ちます。人が手に取る作品なら、この材料です。
UltraCraft Reflex RS, Reflex RS Turbo, Reflex, Reflex Turbo, Reflex 2, Reflex 2 Pro Pulsing Release Module はオプションで必須ではありませんが、背の高い造形や繊細な造形では役立ちます。

公式に対応しているのは UltraCraft Reflex RS, Reflex RS Turbo, Reflex, Reflex Turbo, Reflex 2, Reflex 2 Pro です。Pulsing Release Module はオプションで必須ではありませんが、背の高い造形や繊細な造形では役立ちます。
違いは表面です。造形直後の滑らかさは 600〜1000 番研磨相当で、表面硬度は 2H、自動車塗装とほぼ同等。さらに黄変にも強いため、手に取って飾る作品が一般的なレジンよりずっと長くきれいなままです。
人が触れるものすべて。チェスやボードゲームのコマ、可動フィギュア、アクションモデル、電子機器の筐体、アウトドア用品などです。量産向けレジンなので、実使用に耐える部品を繰り返し造形する用途に最適です。
95% IPA で洗浄します。UltraCraft Wash で 180 r/min、粗洗い約2分＋仕上げ洗い1分。その後 UltraCraft Cure で約30分ドライ硬化してください。硬化は短く均一にするとディテールが白化しません。
ボトルは密栓し、直立・遮光・乾燥した常温で保管してください。顔料が沈むため注ぐ前に必ずよく振ってください。未開封であればラベルの製造日から約12か月が目安です。液状レジンは皮膚を刺激するため、ニトリル手袋と保護メガネを着用し換気のよい場所で作業してください。完全に硬化した造形物は安全に扱えます。
Resin is a light-sensitive liquid that an LCD/MSLA or SLA printer cures layer by layer with 405 nm light. It gives far finer detail and smoother surfaces than filament, which is why it is the standard for figures, jewellery and dental work.
Standard resin suits models and figures; ABS-like resin is tougher for functional parts; water-washable resin is the convenient choice at home; flexible, high-temperature, castable and dental lines are specialist materials chosen per job.
Use a resin printer whose screen size and resolution match the part — ELEGOO Mars and Saturn series for general work, Formlabs or HeyGears professional machines for dental and engineering parts. Take exposure settings from the printer's profile for the resin brand.
Wear nitrile gloves and work with ventilation. Wash parts in IPA or water as the resin type requires, then cure fully under UV. Store resin in its opaque bottle away from sunlight and heat.
