PAU20 はポリカーボネートライクの治工具用レジンです。荷重を受けるために作られており、ジグ、フィクスチャ、構造ブラケット、そして飾り棚ではなく実際の生産現場に入る治工具向け。造形精度が高く表面も滑らかで、優れた耐摩耗性により100個目のワークでも1個目と同じ精度で保持できます。
UltraCraft Reflex, Reflex Turbo, Reflex 2, Reflex 2 Pro このレジンは Pulsing Release Module キットが必須です。無いと安定して造形できません。
HeyGears純正マテリアル。正規販売代理店 Print My Design が販売・バンコクより発送。
公式に対応しているのは UltraCraft Reflex, Reflex Turbo, Reflex 2, Reflex 2 Pro です。このレジンは Pulsing Release Module キットが必須です。無いと安定して造形できません。
治工具です。ジグ、フィクスチャ、構造ブラケット、マウント、そして使用中に荷重を受けたり寸法を保ったりする必要のある部品全般。ポリカーボネートに近い挙動で、剛性が高く耐荷重・耐摩耗に優れるため、繰り返し使っても接触面が狂いません。
必要です。PAU20 は UltraCraft Pulsing Release Module キットが必須で、無いと安定して造形できません。お持ちでない場合はご相談ください。お使いのプリンターに合うモジュールをお調べします。
95% IPA で洗浄します。UltraCraft Wash で 180 r/min、粗洗い約2分＋仕上げ洗い1分。その後 UltraCraft Cure で約30分ドライ硬化してください。硬化は短く均一にするとディテールが白化しません。
ボトルは密栓し、直立・遮光・乾燥した常温で保管してください。顔料が沈むため注ぐ前に必ずよく振ってください。未開封であればラベルの製造日から約12か月が目安です。液状レジンは皮膚を刺激するため、ニトリル手袋と保護メガネを着用し換気のよい場所で作業してください。完全に硬化した造形物は安全に扱えます。
Resin is a light-sensitive liquid that an LCD/MSLA or SLA printer cures layer by layer with 405 nm light. It gives far finer detail and smoother surfaces than filament, which is why it is the standard for figures, jewellery and dental work.
Standard resin suits models and figures; ABS-like resin is tougher for functional parts; water-washable resin is the convenient choice at home; flexible, high-temperature, castable and dental lines are specialist materials chosen per job.
Use a resin printer whose screen size and resolution match the part — ELEGOO Mars and Saturn series for general work, Formlabs or HeyGears professional machines for dental and engineering parts. Take exposure settings from the printer's profile for the resin brand.
Wear nitrile gloves and work with ventilation. Wash parts in IPA or water as the resin type requires, then cure fully under UV. Store resin in its opaque bottle away from sunlight and heat.
