PAWW20 은 물 세척 레진입니다. 레진 출력에서 가장 지루한 부분을 줄이려고 만들어졌습니다. 흐르는 물에 2분이면 출력물이 깨끗해집니다. IPA 도, 용제 냄새도, 책상 위 탁한 알코올 통도 필요 없습니다. 후경화는 약 5분이라 오후 한나절이면 출력에서 도색까지 갈 수 있습니다.
UltraCraft Reflex RS, Reflex RS Turbo, Reflex, Reflex Turbo, Reflex 2, Reflex 2 Pro 이 레진에는 Pulsing Release Module 을 사용하지 않습니다.

네. 흐르는 물에 약 2분이면 미경화 레진이 씻겨 나가고, 물기를 날린 뒤 약 5분 경화하면 끝입니다. 중요한 점은 폐수를 절대 하수구에 버리지 않는 것입니다. 증발시킨 뒤 잔여물을 UV 나 햇빛으로 경화해 고형 폐기물로 처리하세요.
이 레진은 그렇지 않습니다. PAWW20 은 실용적인 인성을 유지하며 HeyGears 는 출력 후 한 달 이내에는 드릴링과 탭 가공이 가능하다고 밝힙니다. 표면도 매끄럽습니다. 다만 장기 구조 부품보다는 콘셉트 시제품과 빠른 반복 작업을 겨냥한 소재입니다.
맑은 물로 몇 분간 헹구고 물기를 날린 뒤 UV 경화하면 됩니다. IPA 는 필요 없습니다. 폐수는 하수구에 버리지 말고 증발시킨 뒤 잔여물을 UV 나 햇빛으로 경화해 고형 폐기물로 버리세요.
뚜껑을 닫아 세운 상태로 어둡고 건조한 상온에 보관하세요. 안료가 가라앉으므로 부을 때마다 잘 흔들어 주세요. 미개봉 보틀은 라벨의 제조일로부터 약 12개월간 보관할 수 있습니다. 액체 레진은 피부를 자극하므로 니트릴 장갑과 보안경을 착용하고 환기되는 곳에서 작업하세요. 완전히 경화된 출력물은 안전하게 다룰 수 있습니다.
Resin is a light-sensitive liquid that an LCD/MSLA or SLA printer cures layer by layer with 405 nm light. It gives far finer detail and smoother surfaces than filament, which is why it is the standard for figures, jewellery and dental work.
Standard resin suits models and figures; ABS-like resin is tougher for functional parts; water-washable resin is the convenient choice at home; flexible, high-temperature, castable and dental lines are specialist materials chosen per job.
Use a resin printer whose screen size and resolution match the part — ELEGOO Mars and Saturn series for general work, Formlabs or HeyGears professional machines for dental and engineering parts. Take exposure settings from the printer's profile for the resin brand.
Wear nitrile gloves and work with ventilation. Wash parts in IPA or water as the resin type requires, then cure fully under UV. Store resin in its opaque bottle away from sunlight and heat.
