둘 다 투명하지만 해결하는 문제가 다릅니다. PAT10 은 광학 쪽으로, 광투과율 88.5%, 헤이즈 5.4% 로 최대 투명도를 노립니다. PAF10 클리어는 유연성 쪽으로, PVC 유사에 파손 저항이 뛰어나며 RS 시리즈에서 처음 지원되는 투명 레진입니다. 유리 같은 투명함이면 PAT10, 부러지면 안 되는 투명 부품이면 PAF10 을 고르세요.
훨씬 덜 부러집니다. PAF10 은 PVC 유사 유연 레진으로 파손 저항성이 뛰어나며, 그래서 창, 더듬이, 날개 같은 가느다란 형상에 많이 씁니다. 내노화성도 좋아 전시물이 시간이 지나도 잘 부서지지 않습니다.
95% IPA 로 세척합니다. UltraCraft Wash 180 r/min 기준 러프 세척 약 2분 + 파인 세척 1분 후, UltraCraft Cure 에서 약 30분 건식 경화하세요. 짧고 균일한 경화가 디테일 백화를 막아 줍니다.
뚜껑을 닫아 세운 상태로 어둡고 건조한 상온에 보관하세요. 안료가 가라앉으므로 부을 때마다 잘 흔들어 주세요. 미개봉 보틀은 라벨의 제조일로부터 약 12개월간 보관할 수 있습니다. 액체 레진은 피부를 자극하므로 니트릴 장갑과 보안경을 착용하고 환기되는 곳에서 작업하세요. 완전히 경화된 출력물은 안전하게 다룰 수 있습니다.
Resin is a light-sensitive liquid that an LCD/MSLA or SLA printer cures layer by layer with 405 nm light. It gives far finer detail and smoother surfaces than filament, which is why it is the standard for figures, jewellery and dental work.
Standard resin suits models and figures; ABS-like resin is tougher for functional parts; water-washable resin is the convenient choice at home; flexible, high-temperature, castable and dental lines are specialist materials chosen per job.
Use a resin printer whose screen size and resolution match the part — ELEGOO Mars and Saturn series for general work, Formlabs or HeyGears professional machines for dental and engineering parts. Take exposure settings from the printer's profile for the resin brand.
Wear nitrile gloves and work with ventilation. Wash parts in IPA or water as the resin type requires, then cure fully under UV. Store resin in its opaque bottle away from sunlight and heat.
