HeyGears Resilient Elastomer RE80 — Black is a high-performance, production-grade elastomer with excellent extensibility, tear resistance, rebound resilience, environmental durability, and is skin-contact safe — overall performance comparable to TPU. With a Shore 80A hardness it delivers superior support performance, and versus RE70 it enables a 30% weight reduction in lattice designs while keeping equivalent supportability. Ideal for whole shoes, shoe midsoles and flexible fixtures. Compatible with HeyGears Reflex 2 / Reflex 2 Pro resin 3D printers.
