


The main nozzle prints the part; the auxiliary nozzle handles the support with its own material. Wrap steep overhangs, fabric folds and internal channels with full support, then peel it away clean. Fuse PLA and TPU in a single model, and swap colours in a split second with cleaner transitions and far less waste.

The X2D instantly flushes the chamber with cool air from dual left and right intakes, stabilising each layer for low-temperature filaments like PLA so overhangs stay sharp and bridges stay clean.

A 300°C nozzle paired with a 65°C actively heated chamber suits the majority of engineering filaments like ABS, ASA and nylon. The active chamber distributes heat evenly so layers bond strongly edge to edge — large engineering prints come out strong and flat.

The exclusive PMSM servo extruder samples resistance and position at 20 kHz, adjusting electromagnetic torque on the fly for smooth surfaces and sharp edges. The AI Liveview and Toolhead cameras scan for foreign objects and watch for spaghetti, nozzle clumping and purge-chute jams in real time, backed by 31 sensors across the system.
A three-stage filtration system (G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA and coconut-shell activated carbon) reduces odours and particles. The X2D is UL 2904 certified for indoor air quality with Bambu PLA Basic and PETG Basic, and Active Motor Noise Canceling keeps it below 50 dB — quiet enough for overnight printing.
