Do I get an instant price after uploading my file?

Yes. Upload an STL, OBJ or 3MF file on the 3D print service page and our system prices it in seconds. Choose material, colour and resolution — no sign-up needed.

When is shipping free?

Free nationwide shipping in Thailand on any order that includes a 3D printer. See Shipping for details.

Are the products genuine and under warranty?

Yes — all products are genuine and carry the manufacturer's warranty. We're an authorized dealer.

Can I get a tax invoice / buy as a company?

Yes. We issue full tax invoices, and business customers can request a formal quotation with the B2B quotation builder.

How can I pay?

Online payment at checkout (PromptPay, card and more). You can also pick up and pay at any of our stores.
