1. Provider and Acceptance

The Print My Design website (printmydesign.net) is operated by Septillion Co., Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”), company registration no. [เลขทะเบียนนิติบุคคล 13 หลัก], registered office at [ที่อยู่จดทะเบียน]. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, product purchases, and 3D printing services. By using the services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.

2. Definitions

• “Products” means 3D printers, print materials (filament/resin), spare parts, accessories, software, and other goods sold on the website.
• “3D Printing Service” means printing parts from files uploaded by the customer.
• “Customer / you” means a website user or purchaser, whether an individual consumer (B2C) or a business (B2B).

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 20 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to place an order. You may register with an email and password, or sign in via an external provider (Google, Microsoft). Email registrations must verify their email before signing in. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and current.

4. Products, Prices and Orders

Prices for consumers (B2C) are shown in Thai Baht and include VAT; prices for business customers (B2B) are shown exclusive of VAT. We try to present product information, images, and stock accurately, but images may differ slightly from the actual product, and prices/stock may change without notice. An order is complete once you receive an order confirmation and payment is made in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of an obvious pricing/data error, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud, refunding any amount already charged.

5. Payment

We accept online payment only through reputable payment providers, namely Omise (Opn) and/or Stripe, supporting PromptPay, credit/debit cards, and other methods shown at checkout. We do not store your card details; payment information is processed securely by the payment provider directly. Orders are confirmed once payment succeeds.

6. Delivery

We ship via carriers (e.g. iShip, DHL, FedEx). Shipping fees and estimated times are shown at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by the carrier or by force majeure. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Store pickup is available where supported.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

You have your rights under Thai consumer-protection law. We accept returns or exchanges of defective or mis-shipped items within [7] days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition with packaging and proof of purchase. Opened consumables (filament/resin), activated software licences, and custom print jobs are not returnable unless defective in manufacture. Refunds are made to the original payment method within the timeframe set by the payment provider.

8. 3D Printing Service and Files You Upload

When you upload a 3D model file (e.g. STL, OBJ, 3MF) to request a quote or order a print, you warrant that you own the rights to, or are otherwise legally entitled to produce, that part. You agree not to upload or commission anything unlawful, infringing another party’s intellectual property/copyright, weapons or weapon components, or anything contrary to public order and good morals. The Company claims no ownership of your files and uses them solely to quote, produce the part, and provide related services. Uploaded files are stored temporarily and auto-deleted per our retention policy. We reserve the right to decline work we consider inappropriate, unlawful, or technically beyond our capability. Due to the nature of the printing process, finished parts may naturally vary in dimensions, colour, surface, and strength.

9. Business Quotations (B2B)

Business customers may request a quotation through the system. Quotations are valid for the stated period, are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and may be subject to withholding tax as required by law. Tax invoices and accounting documents are issued based on the entity details you provide.

10. Warranty

Products carry the warranty of their manufacturer or the Thai service centre. The period and scope follow the product page or the manufacturer’s documentation. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, accident, or normal wear.

11. Website Intellectual Property

The content, logos, trademarks, text, images, and design on the website are the property of the Company or its licensors. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Brand and product-model names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt unauthorised system access, not to disrupt the service, not to scrape data with bots/automated tools without permission, and not to engage in fraud or infringe others’ rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service “as is”, to the extent permitted by law. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profit/data, arising from use or inability to use the service. The Company’s aggregate liability for any one order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not exclude the rights you have under consumer-protection law.

14. Suspension or Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and access if it finds a breach of these Terms, fraud, or use that harms the Company or others.

15. Changes to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the one currently in force. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. Where a translated version conflicts with the Thai version, the Thai version prevails.
