Flashforge CJ270

Real colour in one print, no painting

CJ270 mixes six base resins — cyan, magenta, yellow, black, white and clear — on every layer by itself: 10 million+ colours, smooth gradients, skin tones and small details that match the design file, opaque and transparent in one piece.

What sets CJ270 apart

7 µm layers

7 µm layers

Seven industrial full-colour inkjet printheads control colour on every layer: sharp edges and fine surface texture, even close up.

Every layer levelled

Every layer levelled

An industrial planarizer levels each layer before UV curing, keeping layer thickness even so errors do not build up.

Water-soluble support

Water-soluble support

Soak the print and the support dissolves. Flashforge says an ultrasonic cleaner cuts removal from about 10 hours to 1–2.

Built-in carbon filter

Built-in carbon filter

An activated-carbon filter cuts odour and airborne particles while printing.

Desk-sized and quiet

CJ270 FAQ

What printing technology does CJ270 use, and how is it different from FDM and DLP?

CJ270 uses MJP (MultiJet Printing) with UV curing: it jets tiny droplets of photosensitive resin and cures them instantly with UV light, layer by layer. Multicolour FDM changes colour by switching filaments; CJ270 combines CMYK, white and clear materials while printing, for smooth gradients, natural skin tones and transparent effects. DLP cures a whole layer of one resin with projected light; CJ270 jets through several printheads, so several materials and colours end up in one print.

Does CJ270 print the model first and add colour afterwards?

No. It prints the structure, the surface colour and the support together, layer by layer. The colour is made during printing, so there is no painting afterwards.

What materials does CJ270 use? Can I use third-party materials?

Seven dedicated Flashforge photosensitive resins: Cyan (C), Magenta (M), Yellow (Y), Black (K), White (W), Clear (CL) and Support (SU). Only Flashforge materials are supported; third-party materials are not, and may damage the printer.

How does the material card work? Can it be used more than once?

Each card activates once. Scanning it transfers the full material balance on the card to the printer, after which the card is void and can be thrown away.

What if I load the wrong material?

Use the ink-path cleaning function to drain and clean the wrong material, then load the right one and carry on printing.

How long can the materials be stored?

Unopened, 18 months. Once opened, use them within 2 months for the best print quality.

How long does a print take?

It depends on size, thickness and orientation. As a guide: under 10 cm, less than 10 hours; around 10 cm, 15+ hours; around 15 cm, 25+ hours. ColorPrint estimates the time after slicing.

Which systems and file formats does ColorPrint support?

Windows and macOS. Model files: CJP, CJM, STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, STP, PLY, FBX, GLB, GLTF and WRL.

How do I send files to the printer? Is there Wi-Fi?

Not yet. Send from a computer through ColorPrint over LAN, or use a USB drive. Flashforge says Wi-Fi will be added later.

How do I remove the supports? Is post-processing needed?

The support material dissolves in water: soak the print, or use an ultrasonic cleaner to speed it up. For a finer surface, sand or polish lightly, or apply a thin gloss coat and UV cure it.

How do I pay for a pre-order?

Pay a ฿10,000 deposit per order online by card or PromptPay, and the balance when the printer arrives in Thailand — we let you know first. The deposit receipt is on your order page.

What does delivery cost? Can I collect it?

Delivery is free anywhere in Thailand, or collect it at our True Digital Park, Seacon Bangkae or Central Sriracha branch.
