Print My Design ABS Filament 2.85 mm 1 kg, available in 4 colours (Grey, Black, White, Silver) on 1 kg spools ฿485 inc VAT. Pick a colour above — stock ships from our warehouse in Thailand.
ABS is an engineering plastic with high heat and impact resistance that sands and glues easily — the same material used for appliance housings. Good for working parts, spares, jigs and fixtures, and anything that meets heat or impact in service.
ABS shrinks as it cools and gives off odour while printing. Use an enclosed printer and ventilate the room.
ABS handles the most heat and impact of the three, and pays for it in print difficulty. Without an enclosed printer, PETG gets close on toughness and is much easier to run. For display pieces that carry no load, PLA costs less effort.
A 1 kg spool at 1.04 g/cm³ works out at roughly 151 m of filament, about ฿0.485 of material per gram — enough to cost a part before you print it.
Dark colours such as black and navy hide layer lines best, so parts look finished without sanding. White and pale shades make the best base for painting. Saturated colours — red, orange, yellow — suit parts that must stand out or separate one batch from another. If a single build needs more than one spool, order them together: shade can shift slightly between production batches.
This is the ABS our own print service uses for parts that meet heat in service, so we can tell you how to set the machine up for it and what the finished surface actually looks like.
4 colours are in stock right now: Grey, Black, White, Silver. Pick one above — anything out of stock is shown as such.
About 151 m on the 1 kg spool, from its net weight, 1.04 g/cm³ density and 2.85 mm diameter.
Any FDM printer that takes 2.85 mm filament.
It depends on your printer and print speed. Start from your printer maker’s recommendation for this material and adjust in 5 °C steps until surface finish and layer adhesion are both good.
Yes — and if one build needs more than one spool, order them together, because shade can shift slightly between production batches.
Yes, at True Digital Park, Seacon Bangkae or Central Sriracha, or we deliver nationwide.
ABS is the engineering plastic behind building bricks and appliance housings. It takes heat to about 95–100 °C, resists impact, sands and finishes well and can be vapour-smoothed with acetone, but it shrinks noticeably and smells while printing.

Typical ranges for this material; the spool label and the printer profile are the authority.
Good for parts that must survive heat: automotive clips, equipment covers, gears and load-bearing mechanisms. Avoid large flat parts on an open printer, where corners lift off the bed.
Best on an enclosed printer such as the Bambu Lab P2S, X2D or H2 series to limit warping and fumes
Print with ventilation or a filtered printer, keep the spool dry, and if corners lift, raise the chamber temperature or use the bed adhesive your printer manual recommends.
