The Creality Ender-5 Max is a large-format CoreXY FDM 3D printer engineered for professional makers, print farms, and anyone who demands maximum productivity. With an enormous 400 × 400 × 400 mm build volume, industry-leading 700 mm/s print speed, and a rigid all-metal frame, it delivers pro-level quality at scale — print after print, around the clock.

The Ender-5 Max is built on an enlarged die-cast aluminum alloy frame with a precise X-axis linear rail for smooth, deviation-free motion. A 64-point fully automatic bed leveling system with auto Z-offset ensures a perfect first layer every time, while dual independently-motorized Z-axes — each with two leadscrews and two linear rods — carry loads up to 5 kg for consistent layer bonding from start to finish.

Powered by 42-76 high-torque stepper motors on both X and Y axes, the Ender-5 Max reaches a maximum print speed of 700 mm/s (typical quality speed: 500 mm/s) and a maximum acceleration of 20,000 mm/s². Active Input Shaping suppresses vibrations and ringing artifacts, while Creality's Hyper Series filaments are recommended for best results at top speed.

The 400 × 400 × 400 mm build volume is among the largest in its class. The 1000 W embedded heatbed reaches 80 °C in just 200 seconds (max 100 °C), and the new epoxy flexible build plate requires only 45 °C for optimal PLA adhesion — boosting power efficiency and making print removal effortless. The printer operates stably across 5–40 °C ambient temperatures.

The build volume is 400 x 400 x 400 mm — great for helmets, large enclosures and batch production plates.
Maximum 700 mm/s with a recommended everyday speed around 500 mm/s for best quality, driven by its rigid CoreXY frame.
No — a 64-point fully automatic leveling system maps the plate before printing.
The 1000 W heater brings the aluminium bed to 80°C in about 200 seconds (max 100°C).
PLA, PETG, TPU and ABS-class filaments with the 300°C hotend; an enclosure is recommended for warp-prone materials.
