The Form Studio Wash+Cure is Formlabs' compact 2-in-1 post-processing unit: it washes and UV-cures resin prints in a single machine, so a complete post-processing setup takes one spot on the bench instead of two. It supports the Form Studio 1 and earlier Formlabs printers from the Form 2 to the Form 4, and runs on IPA, TPM or Formlabs Resin Washing Solution.

Every resin print needs uncured resin washed off. A magnetically coupled impeller circulates solvent around the parts to clear channels, cavities and undercuts. Load parts still on the build platform or in the basket; at the end of the cycle raise the basket out of the solvent so parts drip and dry without over-soaking and warping.

Drop the glass turntable into the chamber and start the post-cure. Parts rotate under 405 nm light from 24 multi-directional LEDs so every face gets the same exposure. Post-curing completes the reaction started during printing, raising strength, toughness, heat resistance and creep resistance and leaving a harder, less tacky surface. This unit has no chamber heater.

After a print the Form Studio 1 screen shows recommended wash and cure times for this unit. Parts taller than 200 mm must come off the build platform before washing, and Formlabs recommends washing with the lid closed to limit IPA evaporation.
Formlabs also sells a Rinse Bucket for a two-stage wash, which keeps the main solvent cleaner for longer and removes lingering residue. Ask us if you want one.

The natural partner for the Form Studio 1, and it also serves an existing Form 4, Form 3 or Form 2. Full tax invoice on every order; our team at True Digital Park, Seacon Bangkae and Central Sriracha can advise.
No. It is one chamber with two modes: wash a batch, lift the basket to dry, then swap in the glass turntable to cure.
IPA, TPM or Formlabs Resin Washing Solution, in a 10-litre bucket.
Yes. Formlabs lists the Form Studio 1, Form 4, Form 4B, Form 3/3+, Form 3B/3B+ and Form 2 as compatible.
No. The Form Studio Wash+Cure has no heater; the larger Form Cure V2 heats to 100 °C for materials that specify a heated post-cure.
Washing takes parts up to 20.0 × 12.5 × 24.5 cm; curing on the 24.0 cm turntable takes parts up to 22.5 cm tall. Parts taller than 200 mm must be removed from the build platform before washing.
The unit ships with 5-minute wash and 5-minute cure defaults, which suit Alpha Resins (fully cured in 5 minutes with no heat), and it remembers the last setting you used. Tough 1500 takes about 30 minutes to cure; resins that need a heated post-cure such as Rigid 10K cannot be fully cured in this unit.
