PC-like tooling resin · Black · 1 kg · high load-bearing · Pulsing Release Module required
PAU20 is the polycarbonate-like tooling resin. It is built to carry load: jigs, fixtures, structural brackets and tooling that go into real production rather than a display cabinet. It prints accurately, comes out smooth, and its wear resistance means a fixture still fits the hundredth part as well as it fitted the first.

UltraCraft Reflex, Reflex Turbo, Reflex 2, Reflex 2 Pro This resin requires the Pulsing Release Module kit — it will not print reliably without it.

Tooling. Jigs, fixtures, structural brackets, mounts and any part that has to carry a load or stay dimensionally honest while it is used. It behaves like polycarbonate: stiff, high load-bearing and very wear resistant, so contact surfaces do not wander after repeated use.

Wash in 95% IPA — about 2 minutes rough wash plus 1 minute fine wash in an UltraCraft Wash at 180 r/min — then dry-cure for roughly 30 minutes in an UltraCraft Cure. Short, even curing keeps fine detail from going chalky.
Keep the bottle closed, upright, dark and dry at room temperature, and shake it well before every pour because the pigment settles. Unopened bottles keep for about 12 months from the production date on the label. Liquid resin irritates skin, so wear nitrile gloves and eye protection and work in a ventilated space. Fully cured parts are safe to handle.
