High-temp tooling resin · White · 1 kg · 270 °C HDT · Pulsing Release Module 2 required
PAH270 is the extreme end of the heat-resistant range. Its heat deflection temperature reaches 270 °C at 0.455 MPa and its flexural modulus is 7,240 MPa — stiff enough to hold shape under heavy load and hot enough for injection-mould inserts. This is not a hobby resin; it is tooling material.

UltraCraft Reflex, Reflex Turbo, Reflex 2, Reflex 2 Pro This resin requires the Pulsing Release Module kit — it will not print reliably without it.
Genuine HeyGears material. Sold by Print My Design — authorised dealer, ships from Bangkok.
It is officially supported on UltraCraft Reflex, Reflex Turbo, Reflex 2, Reflex 2 Pro. This resin requires the Pulsing Release Module kit — it will not print reliably without it.
That figure is the heat deflection temperature measured at 0.455 MPa, which is the standard low-load HDT test. It means the part keeps its shape at very high temperature under light load — ideal for mould inserts and hot-side fixtures. Under heavy mechanical load the usable temperature will be lower, so validate your own case.
PAH270 requires the Pulsing Release Module 2 kit specifically, not the original module. If you are unsure which version your Reflex is fitted with, send us your printer model and we will check before you order.
Wash in 95% IPA — about 2 minutes rough wash plus 1 minute fine wash in an UltraCraft Wash at 180 r/min — then dry-cure for roughly 30 minutes in an UltraCraft Cure. Short, even curing keeps fine detail from going chalky.
Keep the bottle closed, upright, dark and dry at room temperature, and shake it well before every pour because the pigment settles. Unopened bottles keep for about 12 months from the production date on the label. Liquid resin irritates skin, so wear nitrile gloves and eye protection and work in a ventilated space. Fully cured parts are safe to handle.
