HeyGears UltraPrint-Molding PAH10 — Clear Tan, 1 kg

PAH10 is the high-temperature resin. It stays rigid up to 110 °C / 230 °F, which is the difference between a part that survives a heat gun, a curing oven or a warm mould, and a part that quietly sags. Add high flexural and tensile strength and crisp surface detail and you get a resin you can put into real tooling.

HeyGears UltraPrint-Molding PAH10 Clear Tan high-temperature resin bottle

Who is it for?

  • Heat-resistant moulds – silicone and low-temperature casting tools.
  • Functional prototypes that see heat during testing or assembly.
  • End-use parts near motors, lamps or heated equipment.
  • Fixtures for hot processes – forming, potting, curing.

Why people choose it

  • Heat resistant to 110 °C / 230 °F.
  • High flexural and tensile strength – rigid without being fragile.
  • Well-defined surface details – moulds come out sharp.
  • Long-term stability – performance holds over time, not just on day one.

Which printers can use it?

UltraCraft Reflex, Reflex Turbo, Reflex 2, Reflex 2 Pro The Pulsing Release Module is optional — not required, but it helps with tall or delicate plates.

Good to know before you print

  • Shake the bottle well before pouring; pigment settles.
  • Wash in 95% IPA, then UV-cure. Short, even cure times keep fine detail from going chalky.
  • Store closed, upright, dark and dry at room temperature.
  • Wear nitrile gloves and work in a ventilated space while the resin is liquid.

FAQ

Common questions

Which HeyGears printers can I use it with?

It is officially supported on UltraCraft Reflex, Reflex Turbo, Reflex 2, Reflex 2 Pro. The Pulsing Release Module is optional — not required, but it helps with tall or delicate plates.

How hot can PAH10 parts get?

HeyGears rates PAH10 as heat resistant up to 110 °C / 230 °F. That covers hot-air work, low-temperature casting, warm moulds and parts sitting near motors or lamps. It is not a metal replacement, so keep it away from open flame and continuous high heat.

Clear Tan or Black PAH10 — what is the difference?

Clear Tan is the high-temperature-resistance grade; it is the one to pick when heat is the main requirement. Black PAH10 is the high-stiffness grade with a 3,150 MPa tensile modulus, aimed at load-bearing structures and silicone mould tooling. Choose by whether heat or stiffness is your bigger problem.

How do I wash and cure it?

Wash in 95% IPA — about 2 minutes rough wash plus 1 minute fine wash in an UltraCraft Wash at 180 r/min — then dry-cure for roughly 30 minutes in an UltraCraft Cure. Short, even curing keeps fine detail from going chalky.

How should I store it, and is it safe to handle?

Keep the bottle closed, upright, dark and dry at room temperature, and shake it well before every pour because the pigment settles. Unopened bottles keep for about 12 months from the production date on the label. Liquid resin irritates skin, so wear nitrile gloves and eye protection and work in a ventilated space. Fully cured parts are safe to handle.
